Welcome to our idyllic farm “Vordermitterast” in the Spertental valley between Kirchberg & Aschau, nestled in the breathtaking scenery of the Kitzbühel Alps!

Our farmhouse, newly built in 2023, houses two spacious and bright vacation apartments and two cozy studios. Designed with great attention to detail, our accommodation offers the perfect retreat for families, couples or friends who want to experience the beauty of the Tyrolean mountains.

In addition to free Wi-Fi, other amenities such as the in-house sauna and a ski room where you can safely store your equipment ensure perfect comfort. In addition, our private fitness area is at your disposal so that you can stay active even on vacation.

Activity also awaits around the farm: whether skiing in winter or hiking and mountain biking in summer - our farm is the ideal starting point for countless outdoor activities.
