The idyllic Brixental Valley lies in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps - its foothills, the Spertental Valley with the picturesque village of Aschau, captivate with a unique mountain backdrop, untouched nature and tranquillity away from mass tourism. Numerous cycling and hiking trails lead from there not only to the nearby mountain peaks, but also to the famous chamois town of Kitzbühel or the Kaiser Mountains.

Fitness area & sauna

A fitness area in the basement is available to house guests free of charge:

Treadmill & ergometer for cardio units
Dumbbells, wall bars & co. invite you to do strength training
Plenty of space for exercises on the mat, yoga and more - alone or in pairs

The wellness area includes a private sauna with loungers for up to 4 people, a separate shower, footbaths & cozy relaxation loungers. The sauna can be booked on request on site.

Reading & play corner

Whether as a start to the day or as an evening read - in our reading corner, young and old bookworms will find an almost endless selection of classics from Blyton to Sparks, novels, thrillers and books for young people as well as numerous picture books and children's books.

A selection of board games and children's toys rounds off the sunny communal area.
