Our family

A warm welcome from the Stöckl & Beineke family!

Anton - Toni for short - Stöckl was born in Tyrol and is a full-time dairy farmer with heart and soul. In winter, he looks after the ski meadow in our village of Aschau in the mornings and evenings between stable times - and has time and peace for a few friendly and encouraging words for every skier. Piste rescue is also part of his daily routine, as well as snowmaking and grooming the slopes with the snowcat.
Incidentally, using the practice lift in Aschau costs nothing.

In fall, winter and spring, between 20 and 30 animals, several cows, sometimes a bull, young cattle and calves just a few weeks or days old, are looked after in the barn. In summer, the animals are out on our mountain pastures. There is constant field work to be done on the meadows, sometimes on moderate meadows with machines, sometimes “by hand” on steeper terrain. The smell of hay is wonderful in many places.

Eva-Maria Beineke spent her own vacation on the Vordermitterast in Tyrol over 30 years ago and stayed. Since retiring as a primary school teacher, she has taken care of the rentals, looks after the apartments and is available to answer guests' various questions. She also makes sure that the farm and its surroundings are in full bloom.

Although her two daughters Julia and Johanna now live far away in Styria and Germany, they are responsible for everything that needs to be done online and are always on hand with help and advice. Decisive ideas b
